Product Purchases – We want you to be pleased with your purchase. Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Our apologies, shipping costs will not be refunded. We expect that you will be delighted with your purchases. If there is a reason you are not; please fill out the returned item form below explaining the issue. Your satisfaction is important to us — we appreciate your business!

Digital Downloads – Digital Downloads cannot be returned. Technical issues can be resolved by filling out form below and requesting assistance.

Retreat Bookings – Full refunds for U.S. retreats are available up to two weeks prior to the event. Following this date, no refunds will be given, and a credit will be issued to use toward another event within one year. *International retreats are not covered under this policy; please contact us for refund policies concerning international retreats.
